Meditation to Let Go of Struggle and Frustration
This very short meditation helps you let go of struggle and frustration while attaining inner peace. Inspired by Lee Glickstein’s Relational Presence principles, this recording helps you get into a state of not trying.
This simple meditation is an excellent way to start your day or take a short break. It can often relax you even if many other attempts ended in frustration.

Thank You Jim,
Just to let you know that I’m following your blog and greatly appreciate all your suggestions on meditation, tranquillity and peace.
God Bless You.
Thanks Jim,
You really have a ton of information! I wish I had more time to read. I will definitely be checking back often.
Thank you, Kelly. More info is on the way.
I clicked on the link to subscribe to your blog, but want to let you know that the link does not work……guess I’ll have to bookmark your peaceful site til you can get the link fixed.
Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you for letting me know, Meredith. I’ll check into that.
Jim: Yes! This is exactly what we do in the latihan, the spiritual exercise of Subud (subud.org). We simply let go…do not try. Total surrender to the Source of the universe. Ironically, we don’t even try to surrender. Just like you say, from a state of complete emptiness, empty of desires and wants, something arises on it’s own. You do it or say it or whatever, then go back to that empty place of not wanting.
Aloha, Aliman.
Thank you. I’ll explore latihan.
