What Should I Say About My Health?
It’s common for people to complain about their health issues. Many people love to drone on and on about their operations and their medications.
Should I do that?
Well, if someone tells you about any real or imagined health problems, then they’re inviting you to hold a mental picture about them having those issues. And they’re strengthening their own image of them having those health problems.
However, the opposite holds true. I can create images of my perfect health. I can tell you and others truthful positive things about my health. This helps support our mutual creation of my optimum health.
My breathing exercises are increasing my life energy and connection with The Divine.
I’m using my new blender to create healthy meals and snacks. I’m feeling energetic and alert.
I’m doing the right exercises for me.
I love to make and eat healthy salads.
I’m blessed to share a home with an organic gardener and nutrition expert.
My spiritual practices enhance every area of life, including my health.
How about you?

I do cardiovascular exercises to rock music every other day and it improves my mood significantly. I too am blessed with healthy foods. Fortunately I managed to give up alcohol and pot about 10 years ago… far out man! I learned that blueberries and walnuts are two of the best foods for the brain. My teeth are not what they used to be and it’s difficult for me to eat walnuts. You say you got a new blender Jim? Well my daughter bought me a new cuisinart to chop my walnuts. Now I eat walnut powder on many things – oatmeal for instance. As far as brain improvement.. well.. I’m sure it will happen any day now!
That’s a great routine, Ray
I became vegetarian 2 years ago and I eat only organic food. I eat slowly and focus my mind on the positive energy food brings to my body while I eat.
I breathe deeply. I never take any medicines. When I feel pain somewhere in my body, I focus on it and try to picture the area that hurts as completely healed and I “send” healing light to it.
Whenever I get the chance I go at the park and walk barefooted on the grass, it’s very energyzing!
It works. It’s been months since I went to see a doctor and I’m doing great!
