Freedom from Self Overwhelm

As self-help advocates we tend to overwhelm ourselves by placing the weight of the world on our shoulders. After all we’re responsible people. Right?

Self-help systems take us beyond the victim level. We become self-determined. We have great intentions. We have compassion. We want to help others.

When does responsibility end? Where does overwhelm begin? Can we stop it before it sinks us? How do we recover?

What can we do about it? Many self-help processes seem promising. Meditation helps for sure. Simplification might be the answer.

Take a look at the short video below. It will help.

May the bliss be with you.

Yes, meditation. Yes, simlification. Does simplification means to you less control for things? I think so.

Great job with this, Jim. Keeping it short and simple is my intent with my work, too.
