Are you looking for love in all the wrong places?
Do you know how powerful it is to simply love your self? You can get benefits similar to being loved by someone else.
Actually the benefits are much better and dependable, because you’re not depending on someone else for love. Loving our self tends to dissolve ego limitations.
The ego thrives on suffering. Loving ourself tends to dissolve suffering. This guided meditation can help. Why not give it a go?
How did this meditation work for you? Please tell me by replying below.

Dear Jim,
Thank you for writting. I enjoy very much listening your voice. I think you have a very special talent for this kind of communication. God bless you.
Thank you so much, this gave me the inner peace I was yearning for. And to tell the truth, I’ve never felt such love for myself. Thank you!
Blessings and love to you!
The loving yourself meditation, helped me re-establish myself physical self with my true self. I felt myself being restored. Blessings
I find this recording even more beneficial than your recording on self approval and the one on bringing my attention on the divinity of all things. However all of your recordings are beneficial and are resulting in some shifts of consciousness. Directing attention to more detail to objects in the environment is in alignment with the practice being called “mindfulness” which aids in one being present in the now – as opposed to directing attention to the past or future.
A personal “difficulty” or hurdle I experience, with all your recording Jim, is recognizing/observing my value, divinity, and love-ability while experiencing thoughts and feelings of shame, guilt, pain, and failures. At the same time I am understanding that the egoic self “chooses” or “wants” suffering to keep itself “there”.
Something rather frustrating with me is that there was a time that I was enlightened – I was aware/conscious. Or maybe I only thought I was.
I better stop now. I have a tendency to go on and on. I’ll finish simply by saying I find this recording one of the more useful to me. Thanks again Jim
Hi Raymond
Have you tried the meditation to let go of struggle and frustration?
It might help to do this before doing the other meditations.
Jim
Dear Jim,
I have been practicing some of your meditations for some time, but now I have a special request. Right now I am feeling really bad because someone I love very much has cancer. I feel angry and desperate. I feel my stomach tighten all day. Sometimes I pray, but since I have had all sort of bad experiences in my life, I tend to think I will get no answer. Could you help me suggesting a meditation that helps me to restore my hope and trust and to feel in calm? Thank you for your answer. Have a nice day.
Best wishes,
Ruth Sarmiento
Hi Ruth
I’m in a similar situation right now. A friend of mine has cancer. She’s at the point where she’s about to go into a hospice.
There are a few things you can do now.
1) Pray.
2) Get yourself into the most positive state you can.
3) Love your friend and yourself.
4) If your friend is willing, help them get into the most positive state they can.
5) If your friend is willing, suggest some healing possibilities for them. I’ve mentioned John of God (Brazil) to my friend. There are possibilities for distant healings.
6) Stay in communication with your friend. Be as loving as you can.
Please stay in touch.
Jim
Dear Jim,
I felt very good about choosing my plant as an object and my guitar =) and a picture of a friend.
Amazing.
I visualized rays of light leaving the objects and my plant looked so good to me. And I imagined playing lovingly, happily on my guitar.
I massaged my shoulders as they were and still are a little stiff. but it helped. and i imagined golden hearts coming down on me, inside of me…. with a lot of light.
love it =)!!!!
keep it up!!!!
Greetings!!
Hi Manuela
I really appreciate your feedback and encouragement.
Thank you,
Jim
