Prayer of Surrender
God, I totally surrender myself to You.
God, I totally surrender my will to Your Will.
God, thank You for helping me be Your servant.
God, thank You for helping me use my talents and abilities to serve You best.
God, thank You for helping me stand aside so You can work through me.
God, thank You for helping me recognize You in my self.
God, thank You for helping me recognize You in everyone and everything.
God, thank You for helping me recognize my Self.

Who is the “I’…is it Jim, (the human being) or the Atman (the inner self) speaking the prayer?

not that it may be of any particular significance to anyone, but I write songs and play guitar. My prayer has been “God, may my music be from and of you. May I be your instrument and may I stay in tune”.
just an aside from the above aside: “amen” simply means to the effect of “so it is”.
“A Most Powerfully Effective Prayer born of Wisdom” I intend to USE it in my life often.
