You Have A Quick and Easy Way to Help House and Employ 1,800 Homeless People

All you have to do is cast an online vote. There are others who will take it from there.

There is a proposal to convert an underutilized golf course into a community that will house 1,800 people. The owner of the golf course, the City of San Diego, California, could provide use of this land in exchange for work that would be done by the residents of the land.

The city has an enormous backlog of projects that are stalled for want of money. The residents would help the city by working on those backlogged projects.

Everybody wins.

This project is ready to launch. However, the San Diego City Council must approve this use of the land.

This is where you can help. You can cast an online vote and tell the council that you’re in favor of the project.

Even if you don’t live in San Diego, your online vote tells the council that the eyes of the world are upon them. Your online vote tells them that the world will look upon them favorably if they allow this project to move forward.

You can cast your vote by clicking here.

Your vote will help get the measure on the November ballot.

This wonderful, practical, humanitarian project is being done by Amikas. You learn more about Amikas by clicking here.

This really is a quick and easy way to make a big difference. Please help.

P.S. The Amikas project can set an example for the rest of the world. Cities everywhere can do similar projects and clear up homelessness.
